The main focus of the career coaching and entrepreneur program is to help you bring your career or business offerings into clear focus ensuring that you and your career or business are aligned with your Design.
As your coach, I am a partner with you. This is a co-creative relationship. I see us as equals and I encourage you to do the same. You bring your expertise (about yourself and your career/business) and I bring my expertise (compassion, holding space, tools, intuition, business knowledge and questions) on a journey to help you find your authentic self and the authentic spirit of your career/business, so you can live a life in alignment with your Design. Together we create meaningful change and take dynamic actions to powerfully move you and your business forward. I trust that when we work together, anything is possible.
Our sessions include grounding exercises, discovery questions, business tools, and homework/action steps between sessions, and will occur on a frequency that works for you for the duration of the program. I track the goals outlined, provide project- and task management ("to be's and to do's"), and provide a space for energetic and practical growth and goal accomplishment.
You choose the focus of the work for your personal and business growth and we work together to make it happen. The tools I share range from the practical (from years of corporate strategic planning and facilitation, career coaching and tested business tools) to the intangible (from years of tapping into my intuition and spiritual side) and you will get to choose what resonates with you.

Pricing: $250 USD/1 hour session
A customized program focused around a fundamental career change, incorporating all the tools at my disposal, can also be created. Pricing would be $4,000 for a 3 month program or 5% of the starting salary of the new role.

SPIRIT-LED ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAM
I work with you in your new or existing business to gain specific goals which could include any of the following:
Frameworks to understand how to be spirit-led in a successful business
Releasing blockages so you can charge what you are worth
Business startup administrative planning
Intuitive visioning planning experiences
Strategic planning process and tools
The application of the Inner Unity Framework in your business
Strategic retreats for business teams
Spirit-led offerings audit

Guidance on the creation and support of executive boards/leadership teams
Customized goals
A customized program is created focused around your specific business goals, incorporating all the tools at my disposal will be created. Pricing would be $4,000 for a 3 month program or 10% of your increase in sales during the time of the program and 3 months after.
